At Bran’s Diecast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
